Mushroom Cultivation Program

The aim of the Mushroom Cultivation Program is to train "Assistant Technicians" who will work at various levels in the mushroom cultivation sector. The program, which started its education in the 2008-2009 academic year, will raise graduates who can work and establish their businesses in this field. During the two-year education period, students receive courses on Mushroom Cultivation, Structure, and Economy of Mushroom Enterprises, and Mushroom Diseases and Pests. Graduates of this program can transfer to Agricultural Engineering and Food Engineering programs through the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) at the end of the 4th semester.
