Horticulture Program

The Horticulture Program offers courses on Horticultural Crops, Plant Protection, and Field Crops. The courses cover both theoretical and practical aspects. The program mainly focuses on horticultural plant cultivation, diseases, and pests. Students have the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge gained in practical field studies. The program aims to train technicians for the agricultural sector in both public and private institutions. Graduates find employment as Technicians in government institutions and can also work in various departments of the private sector. Horizontal transfer opportunities are available among vocational schools. Additionally, students who successfully pass the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) in the 4th semester can transfer to relevant undergraduate programs (Faculty of Agriculture).
